  • approved by OHCSD to certify Park Manager compliance with the law;
  • an attorney since 1968, and currently practicing landlord/tenant law;
  • retired from SAIF Corporation where he served as a Special Asst. Atty. General;
  • the Assistant Manager of Summer Oaks MHP in Eugene, 102 spaces, 55+;
  • experienced in teaching continuing education classes to attorneys;
  • the Director of the Oregon Park Managers Association.
Our Classroom Assistant, Jan Whitty is:
  • a certified Oregon public school teacher for over 20 years;
  • the manager of Summer Oaks MHP in Eugene, 102 spaces, 55+;
  • the person who registers you at the class site, and makes certain you receive your certificate of attendance that day, and that your attendance is certified to the state;
  • the person who provides you a menu, and takes your order for the lunch included with your class tuition;
  • the Secretary of the Oregon Park Managers Association.
