Since March of 2006, OPMA has presented 23 classes in 11 Oregon cities. We have certified the Oregon continuing education requirement for over 350 owners and managers of Oregon manufactured home parks. The responses from those who have taken our classes are uniformly positive.
We keep our classes small, so that questions may be asked, and answered as they arise. This seminar method of instruction maintains the attention of those present, and moves the class along efficiently.
We provide a course notebook that guides managers through the class presentation, and serves as a continuing resource of information to owners and managers on Oregon law and federal law questions. Our instructor is a practicing attorney, specializing in landlord/tenant issues and disputes.
